Crew Gel Starter Set with refillable flask - Energy Gel Powder - Palatinose 280 g

Single use plastic energy gel sachets are history. This energy gel comes as powder to mix it on your own in a refillable flask. Developed and intensively tested by one of the largest independent running crews in Europe - the Hamburg Tide Runners.

The starter set includes:

• 250 ml Tide Runners Edition Flask (recyclable materials, BPA free)
• 280 g Palatinose powder (= 10 portions), available in 2 flavors (lemon or lemon/caffeine)
• Measuring spoon with Tide Runners logo, made of stainless steel

 How to use:

• per portion: fill 2 spoons of powder + 50 ml water into the flask
• shake it
• before drinking, shake again
• the flask can take up to 5 portions (250 ml)
• clean the flask with water
• use again, and again, and again, ...
• refill packs are separately available
